An original panel, some wiring, written scripts, some programs and not least harware from Open Cockpit and you have started to build the cockpit. Does that sound a little too easy. There are challenges that that must be solved, but this is also part of the project itself. It might not be easy to build a simulator cockpit, but Open Cockpit makes it easier.
